Robyn Clow, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Vigilant Medical Care. Since 2012, Robyn has been treating and diagnosing primary care conditions in pediatrics to geriatrics in clinic and home settings in both rural and metropolitan communities throughout Arizona.
Prior to her advanced education, Robyn work
Robyn Clow, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Vigilant Medical Care. Since 2012, Robyn has been treating and diagnosing primary care conditions in pediatrics to geriatrics in clinic and home settings in both rural and metropolitan communities throughout Arizona.
Prior to her advanced education, Robyn worked in Emergency Nursing for Banner Health and The Mayo Clinic since 2001 as a Registered Nurse (RN). She completed her Master of Science degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona and achieved board certification through the Arizona State Board of Nursing in 2012 and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Robyn has full practice authority to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions. She can perform, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and other treatments, and manage and coordinate a patient’s care. Robyn has the licenses, certifications, skills and resources to take care of your primary care health needs while giving you all the time that you need.
Robyn is an Arizona native living in Prescott, Arizona. She enjoys everything having to do with nature and outdoor recreation including mountain biking, hiking, and golfing.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) medical services are provided in our office, your home, your workplace or via telemedicine to individuals and employer groups in the Quad Cities of Yavapai County. Individuals or employers on behalf of their employees pay a low monthly membership fee directly to the provider, bypassing insurance. With Vigilant Me
Direct Primary Care (DPC) medical services are provided in our office, your home, your workplace or via telemedicine to individuals and employer groups in the Quad Cities of Yavapai County. With Vigilant Medical Care, you have convenient, same-day or next day access to your provider who offers a wide range of primary care medical services whenever and wherever you need it. No long waits to get an appointment and no congested waiting rooms!

Primary Care
With Vigilant Medical Care, you will receive personalized care, treatment and management for a variety of medical conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, respiratory conditions (i.e. asthma and COPD), hypothyroidism, hormone and metabolic conditions and more.
Acute Care Services
Management and treatment of acute conditions include, but are not limited to:
Minor injuries
Acute illness (strep and flu testing and treatment)
Upper respiratory symptoms
Abdominal symptoms
Urinary infections
Sexually transmitted diseases
Musculoskeletal injury/pain

Preventive care
Annual physical exams, routine wellness exams and screenings, sports and school physical exams are provided. This may include EKGs and spirometry, lab tests and other screenings.

Our employee health services at Vigilant Medical Care provides small businesses and their employees with affordable, comprehensive healthcare solutions.
Senior Care
Our senior care services at Vigilant Medical Care are designed to address the unique healthcare needs of elderly patients, including chronic disease management and end-of-life care.

Ear wax removal (ear lavage and curettage)
Laboratory and point of care testing
